ChalleNGe Publication 1 (CP1) is the primary organizational doctrine for all National Guard Youth ChalleNGe Programs (NGYCP). It provides the foundation of understanding and fundamental principles that guide ChalleNGe Program directors in the conduct of their State ChalleNGe Program. CP1 is the first of a series of ChalleNGe doctrinal documents that will position ChalleNGe for national success.
