The Arkansas National Guard Youth ChalleNGe Program will intervene and reclaim the lives of qualified at-risk youth by providing the opportunity to learn the values, skills, and self-discipline necessary to become productive citizens through education, leadership, training, and mentoring of cadets in a controlled, quasi-military sytstem spanning both the residential and post-residential phases and beyond.
