“Thanksgiving liberty will begin on 26 November and end on 30 November.
DEPARTURE - Buses will depart Sheffield at 0530 on the 26th and stop at Exit 583 on Interstate 10 East and N Foster Rd. at approximately 1100 for parents that want to pick up their students in San Antonio. The buses will arrive at Almeda Mall in Houston at approximately 1700. (Mapquest link for exit 583)
RETURN - This process will be reversed for the return trip on the 30th.Buses will depart Almeda Mall in Houston at 1000 and stop at exit 583 at approximately 1400 to pick up students before traveling on to Sheffield.
Parents that desire to arrange commercial transportation will need to make:

Bus Transportation is available from Fort Stockton and departs at 09:30 on 26 November. Please prepay the ticket and forward the confirmation number to Ann Adams 432-693-7109 or adamsa@tamug.edu
Note - Parents that fail to have their cadets at the departure points on time will be responsible for getting the students to Sheffield. The class will be drug tested on 1 December; all positive drug tests and any students that fail to return will be dismissed.
