Eligibility Requirements

16 to 18 years old
- Must be at least 16 years old on 1st day of class
- Must NOT be 19 years old on 1st day of class,
but may turn 19 at any other time during the program. -
High school drop-out or expellee without a completed GED

United States citizen or permanent United States resident and a Wyoming Resident
-
Unemployed or underemployed
-
Not convicted of a felony offense nor pending any legal action or under indictment
-
Free of illegal drugs
Requirements for Acceptance

Volunteer to enroll and participate

Willing to comply with program rules and regulations

Desire to make positive changes to their lives
-
Desire to be physically, emotionally and mentally challenged

Be capable of passing a basic medical exam

Be physically and mentally capable of completing the program

Find a prospective mentor

Submit a completed application with copies of required documents
A mandatory drug screening will be conducted during the Pre-ChalleNGe Phase (first two weeks) of the program, and randomly thereafter. Applicants will NOT be allowed to remain in the program if they test positive for the presence of illegal drugs. But, they will be encouraged to reapply in the future.
